Bulletin info on a 2003 Merc 3.0 Alpha 1

I remember there was a link posted about a web site with the Mercuiser bulletins on the 3.0 ltr. I searched and cant find the thing. Does anyone know the link or where the site is? I'm having a problem with my engine running on after shutdown. I slightly remember reading something on this. Any help would be great.
