Bunch of suzuki questions

The engine is a 87
1. How can you setup an omc prop for a DT 75? will it need washers?

2. How much water pressure is needed to properly cool this motor? 15psi? less?

3. Is the lower unit gear ratio 2:1 ?

4. What is the safe max rpm i should run in a performance app? they will be short runs of not more than 1 min.

5. OMC motors will run with no controls attached, will this Suzuki?

6. Any performance suggestions are needed and appreciated...
