bunk replacement

I have a 16' aluminum boat. Is it possible to jack up one side of boat off trailer just enough to replace bunks? If so, how?

Lower the tongue of the trailer as far as you can. Now put blocks under the stern and raise the tongue. The boat should now be off the bunks.
