thanks for showing that. I wonder, since he says it's the hydrogen burning what fresh water does?

I suppose fresh water would do the same.
The real question is- how much energy does it take to release the hydrogen and how much potential energy does the released hydrogen contain?

What they fail to tell you is that the engery it takes to break down the salt water into Hydrogen and Oxygen is much more that the energy produced by the burning of the Hydrogen. You can actually get better energy conversion performance out of a hair dryer than his radio-wave/salt water contraption.
