Normally calling around to local places around you is going to find you the cheapest since you wont have to ship it.

A lot of people say they went through US Composites, I have not personally

This place is the cheapest I found. I will look locally.

This boat redoing is confusing at times. I need to search these forums to see what the best Fiberglass Mat and cloth to use on my new deck. 2oz,3oz,????? Satin???? Wew!!!!!!! I'm covering it with a PVC material like carpet,,,But it's not carpet, don't hold water or rot. Shoot,,,,,I may just paint over the glass. *&&)%&%!!!!!

Hay Tim , you had better check again , uscompositites has a 1.8 gal for 62 bucks, and shipping not going to kill you like it will from californa !!! john

Ps if you are in califorina then jgeer is the place to go but on this side of ther rockies i havent found a better place !! and the people there are great !! they helped me out quit a bit !!! John

Cheapest I've found is a friend that builds insulated water tanks. Squirted my cavities full for free.

Seriously, one option is to find a small manufacturer that uses the stuff, and get him to squirt it in. With the machine mixed stuff you can get everything in place, drill some small (3/8 - 1/2 inch) holes into the cavities, squirt the foam in, and put your finish layer on.
