buzzer under dash wont stop

the buzzer goes off when running and when I go do a slower speed it stops.last year I took off the over heat switch on the motor but it still buzzes what is the problem please help.

the over heat switch on the motor has been disconected but it still buzzes,how many waning things go threw the under dash buzzer.thanks

Would be good to know what you are running.<br /> Dont know about C/F motors but some have fuel flow,overheat,oil warnings.My guess is a fuel flow indicator.

sorry its a 90-150hp force with 3 carbs,besides the buzz noise.it all works fine just dont know what to do about buzz in my ears.#1508x90c

August....sounds like either a short in the wiring or the buzzer module has gone south. Pull the leads from the buzzer and put a volt meter across the leads set to 12volts. If there is a short, you will show 12volts across the leads. If not, replace the horn.

thanks I'll try it tomorrow and let you know .the manual said nothing of this so thanks.

OBJ--thats it, bad buzzer thanks ,now I can work on getting t his buzzing sensation out of my head.
