Bye Bye carburetor

Its a 98 Bayliner Capri Merc 5.0L Alpha One outdrive. The boat ran, but kept fouling plugs and smoking black. Pulled the carb apart and its got rust all in the bottom. Im selling the boat Sunday and need it fixed by then. I either need a rebuild kit or a new carb. Does anybody know the Napa part numbers for the kit or just a new carb? Or does anybody have what I need I could buy off you and have it over nighted? The only numbers I could find on the carb are: 861448 7Y01
The engine serial number is: OLO54523
Also does anybody have the specs on where the screws need to be set at? ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!
