To make its case in a court of law, the government would have to establish that we had indeed damaged national security. To do so, it would be necessary to reveal more than the government might want the other side to know. In fact, the legal process would force more information to light than the government would want anybody to know. On balance, there was a good chance that we would not be prosecuted. I had just been given advice by a famous constitutional law professor on how to commit treason and get away with it.

Yep, I can see how this could be very confusing to some people. If you are really confused Google, "Support our troops" and see what DOESN'T come up...

There is nothing more disgusting than fake support for political purposes and to the detriment of our fighting forces. See John Kerry or **** Durbin. Anyone who benefits from our troops failures seems to, by definition, be working against our troops.

Support our troops, support our country, support your President during wartime. They are almost interchangeable. Why would our Newspaper of record be doing everything they can to hamstring our troops and our policies?

All of this crap from our new Congressional majority is strictly aimed at the 2008 elections... they actually think that by showing their disapproval of how the war in Iraq is being fought will make them a "shoein".

I really hope they keep this up, I know it's hard on the troops, but the American People need to see just how bankrupt the Democratic Party is.

Well, it's Friday night at 10 pm, I've had a few belts & Close Encounters of the Third Kind is on the tube out there.

And I still don't get why those legal eagles went thru all the trouble of posting that blog if it's something noone can do anything about anyway. A lot of words just to call NYT treasonists.

Its always important to know who the enemy and their allies are. Whether they get away with it doesn't change who and what they are. Letting them get away without identifying them would be a disservice to anyone who supports our troops.

Try four more belts of wild turkey, and watch DUNE. You will really be confused. 8)
