C40TLRX CDI output voltage, Rodbolt how high is too high

I have finally been able to get my hands on a peak reading voltmeter and measure the CDI output like the manual says to and the readings I get are 205v instead of the 140v at 1,500 RPM's on all three outputs. The manual says to replace the ignition coil if the the reading is beyond specification. I am just wondering what is beyond specification since the manual says 140v @ 1500 rpm is the minimum voltage but does not give any maximum.

Thanks Rodbolt,
I was not sure what the higher voltage meant.

I did put together a DVA with the Schematic I found online with the diode,
1 M Ohm resistor ,and cap. and the reading on my Fluke 87 Showed the voltage at 195 instead of the 205. But I used a cap I had on hand and it was a .37 uf instead of the 2.2uf it called for. So I am going to find a 2.2 and see what it comes up with.

What kind of voltage would someone see if the coil was bad and needed to be replaced? I am sure a lot of people would like to know that info or at least I would, Thanks for your input.
