I need some advice, I tore out all the rotten wood I could find and was just about to start putting the repairs back in when I found a soft spot on the bow above the cabin. Upon further inspection I found the entire section in between the top and bottom glass was a paste the consistency of wet mashed potatoes.
I have almost got all of that out now and I am looking at repair options and here is my dilemma- the top glass is still good and I dont want to open it up more than I have to- can I make the repairs from underneath? Or do I need to cut out the whole bow and wave goodbye to the rest of my summer?
