Cabrio 254 access to anchor line?

Stupid question, but is there access to the anchor line compartment other than the tiny round hatch on the deck? I'm thinking the mirror on the front wall above the v berth but I don't want to force it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also interested in any used seating in good shape for a '95 Cabrio 254 or methods to refresh the vinyl, get rid of mold stains.

You can take the entire front bulkhead out (the bulkhead is the sheet of plywood that the mirror is attached to). On my 254 there are screws that need to be removed (4?).

As far as the seats, I use a Magic Eraser on them and they always clean up fairly well.
