Calling all iboats musicians

A few of us musicians here have been talking about doing a little collaberating online and making some music. I think its a great idea and would be really fun. I myself play guitar now for around 23 yrs.....mostly hard rock but I have quite a range Im able to write in due to being a guitar teacher. You must have some way to record yourself and send mp3 files. Even if your not a musician and you have some ideas about this pipe up, I would like to hear ideas too.

Oh, and if you don't mind something that's kind of vintage Santana-esque, I might just have a chord progression to contribute...

Piano, keyboard and trumpet for me. My son plays drums, harmonica and some keyboard. We both do vocals.

Well Im thinking bluesy rock style should kinda be a middle ground.......I think maybe some drums to start with. If we cant get someone to play drums I could do some drum programing on my pc.......You guys can pm email addys and if you have any thing to send as in for ideas and whatnot. pm me for my Email addy.

I wish I could remember what they called themselves but I watched a youtube video one time that was made by two people, thousands of miles apart, making music together using video conferencing. The one guy was a drummer I think and the other a guitar player. It was very cool.
