We got up early in Camden, Maine and went for a walk before heading for Portland, Maine.

Leaving Camden, Maine on a clear and lovely morning at the end of July. No fog!

Heading toward the islands of North Haven and Vinalhaven in West Penobscot Bay close to Camden, Maine. A gorgeous day.

Another magnificent lighthouse in East Penobscot Bay, along the Maine coast.

At the head of Hurricane Sound, a tranquil but lobster buoy-covered stretch of water.

The famous Halfway Rock Lighthouse about 10 miles before we entered the Portland, Maine Harbor.

A fun harbor in Portland, Maine.
A walk along the waterfront shows that Portland, Maine is a fun, alive place to be in the summertime.
