Can a pull start be converted to electric?

I have 64 Johnson 9.5, runs good but I can't start because of stroke. Wondering if it's possible to convert by somehow adding different top end or ?

David.... Sorry, that engine can not be converted. Good luck with the stroke recovery, I've been down that road.

maybe you could find somebody with a motor that can be converted and is willing to trade you...<br /><br />or check www.ebay.com for some cheap deals on older electric start motors
