Can anyone confirm year on this 130 Yamaha

Just bought this 130 Yamaha from a guy.Can anyone confirm that it really is a 1995 model as he claims?Attaching a picture of the actuall motor and a link to a sales advert on another 1995 model,just wondering why this one is grey while mine is blue?The name "Betol"? what does that stand for?

What is the model number from the tag on the port side bracket?

I dont know because the engine is on its way to me now.have not recieved it yet.

B - Engine production code (not a year guide)
E - Electric start
T - Power trim
O - Oil injection (autolube)
L - Long shaft (20")

This is an international model code, it does not contain the year code. The year code will be a solitary letter on the bottom righthand side of the id plate.
