Can anyone ID this little hole under V-4 powerhead?

Ive had my 1987 90hp powerhead on/off a couple times for work.... See pic. When on the chain hoist, i noticed raw fuel mix coming from this hole. Never noticed this before. Im gonna guess its a lube hole that goes to the crank somehow, didnt realize that would be raw fuel however. Just curious, and learning
