Can anyone identify this engine? Owner says it is a "250" Bravo 2

This is in a 1996 cruiser for sale near me.
The owner says it is a 250 engine, and that it has a bravo 2 outdrive.

Serpentine belt says 1996+
Looks like it has MPI, so I'd think it has higher output than 250, and they wouldn't have put a bravo on a 250 anyways.

I've never seen a cooling system layout like is on here, though.

Looks to be at least a 2003 or newer.555 ecm, Flat cap and dry joint exhaust. 5.0 would be 260 hp 5.7 300 hp.

he meant 350 with bravo 3 which makes perfect sense

Might be a 5.0 MPI . . . You can get a serial number from a tag that is riveted to the engine block just above the starter.
