Can anyone please point out where the switch boxes are?

Hi.
I have a 1985 Black Max 175, and I need to know where the motor switch boxes are, and possible what they look like?

go to the parts diagram for your serial # at any online parts dealer .best place to start is with the mercury service manual for that motor.the serial # tells the year made
