Been searching, and researching. I've got several cross ref charts, and the PPG codes. Seems BRP pn 777175 is the predominant listing for my 1993. It shows 1992-2005 apparantly

However I also see 777174, which looks similar and listed as 1989-1993.

Not sure what to make of these pn's relating to my year.

FYI, The PPG codes 18319 show for Lower Unit, and 18320 2 part base/clear for the cover.

I"m not really sure what is my match...sort of confusing. Really want to use BRP paint.

A listed PPG number will give you a matching color from various manufacturers. The number represents a formula. (PPG is a manufacturer with a number of others under their umbrella — Benjamin Moore, for example.) Evinrude apparently used a two-stage blue on the ’93 upper and lower engine covers (PPG 18320), and a single-stage (18319) on the leg and gearcase. Personally, I would go with a single stage for both, as clear coating can be tricky. Anyway, a good single stage urethane will really pop.

The Evinrude blue spray can would be pn 211699 (single stage, presumably), but you can get spray cans mixed using the PPG code. I have it done at the local Carquest store for both car and outboard detailing.
