Can anyone tell me the name of this part?

I have a 1985 Evinrude XP 150 and I am replacing the thermostats and bypass valves. There appears to be a sensor on each side of water jacket covers. One has been overheated and needs to be replaced I just cant find what it is called.

Usually unavailable. Test that one or find a used one. Not sure why this problem has been fixed....hoping it has.
