Can anyone tell me the Year of this boat?

Hi I hope someone can help
I had this little gem given to me and I want to bring it back to life, can anyone tell me what year it is or any info. at all the vessel licence says it is a Princecraft type ZCB65156M781, the Transport Canada label says that it is made by Pro. Alcan model AL-1-44-8 242906

My money is on 1961...but it's just a guess. I say we start a pool at $10 per guess.

It was made in November of 1978 by PRODUITS NAUTIQUES ALCAN in Princeville Quebec , sold under the name PRINCECRAFT.
I have the 1975 model

My HIN is ZCB26132M75D, The ZCB is the manufactures code for PRODUITS NAUTIQUES ALCAN, the 26132 is the serial number, I think the M is a check diget, the 75 is the year, and the D is the month(November)
Yours is ZCB65156M781, so, you have a Princecraft built by produits noutiques alcan in princeville Qubec in April 1978 (the last diget is a I not a 1)
