can anyone tell me what kind of engine this is?

My grandfather passed away, he was a mechanic, and most likely took care of it while he could. Just curious if it's worth restoring or hauling to the scrap yard...... thank you for your knowledge ......

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... It appears ya got a 302, or 289 Ford motor turnin' a Berkeley Jetpump...

Nothin' wrong with either of 'em, other than Ford parts are gettin' scarce...

Ayuh,.... I would Guess, early '70s.... don't really do much with Fords...

Any numbers found will help chase a more accurate date...

What's the paperwork on the hull say,..??
