Can anyone tell me what this is?

I purchased a 1992 ProCraft 170 Combo a couple of weeks ago. I took it out the other evening and everything appears to work fine. Under the throttle, I found the switch shown in the picture. Can anyone tell me what it does? I moved it from one position to the other and I didn't notice any change in anything.

It's the ejection seat control for the passenger (usally the Admiral). Hmmm...must not be hooked up...

We've got a switch just like that on our bass boat and it opens and closes the drain for the livewells.

Or, it could be some duel fuel tank setup from old?
