Can I get some help with ID on this part

I am in the process of taking my 93 johnson 48 spl of the boat so I can part it out and I was wonder if this is a tilt and trip ram or what. It has a fitting on the side that a cable goes to but the boat never came with relays for the tilt and trim and never used it . Any help with an ID

It is a "tilt cylinder". It is not "power tilt and trim" which was an optional accessory.

You can see it all, along with all part numbers at http://shop.evinrude.com/ then click on Electronic parts catalog

Select "OB Accessories" from the drop-down list where it defaults to Evinrude, if you want to see what the power trim stuff looks like.
