Alright, I believe I have the old version of Surelubes that have a zerk behind the hub. To my knowledge, that's the only brand that has the zerk behind the hub....

Anyways, I want to remove the hub to measure my spindle. Can I remove the hub and put it back in without adding a new rear seal?

if its not leaking now it probably wont leak from removing and reinstalling the hub. one exeption,if the seal is totally worn out it can be the straw that breaks the camels back. look at the lip on the seal is it worn flat, if so it is time to replace the seal.

Hub will stay with the seal. The only time you need to replace the rear seal is removing the inner bearing, or race.
