can i swap a 115 powerhead with 140 ?

i have a 95 115 suzuki 4 cylinder. it has bad compression on 1 cylinder.my mechanic would prefer to just get a new powerhead instead of rebuilding,
and i would really like the extra hp. i know the carbs and ehaust may be different,but dont know if the 140 powerhead will just bolt up ? any help would be greatly appreciated .

Try twin city outboards Thay are a scrip yard for boats I do not have the phone # here at home but got it at work.

The 115 and 140 powerheads are identical as long as you're dealing with identical years. Some minor factory changes make powerhead-swaps incompatible if the years are different. It's the carbs, intakes, and O/I pump that make the difference between 115 and 140.
