Can I use Carberator cleaner on my 67 Johnson

I am not getting fuel to my carbs. Can I use the cleaner to remove any deposits?

The only way to properly clean carbs is to remove them and disassemble them. ONLY then can carb cleaner be used. Simply spraying carb cleaner on or in the carbs will result in a clean exterior and throats. The real gunk is in the carb bodies...<br />- Scott

Hi, Patty Pooh.<br /><br />Ditto Scott.<br /><br />However, if you are accurate that you aren't getting fuel TO your carbs you need to look at your fuel supply system.<br /><br />Can you give us some more info? Model of your engine, actual symptoms, etc.?<br /><br />Good luck.
