Pull your spark plugs out as your starter isnt turning that motor fast enough t o check for spark

It doesnt look as though your lanyard is connected if you have one, if its not connected, you wont get spark

I like to use a good old fashioned timing light and watch the bulb. I have used it to chase bad coils and powerpacks on my V-4's The light will be erratic if its bad

No as nothing going into pack is DC voltage and way some is way over 12V, and voltage to plug is in the 30KV range

Fixed by cleaning ground terminals on all 4 ignition coils. getting sparks on all 4 cylinders.
