It seems that the Starter/and starter bracket is in the way of removing the carburetor. The space between the Starter and the Carb is to small to get a socket or wrench on the carb nut for removal.

And it looks like a pain in the ars to remove the starter and starter bracket.

Any suggestions would be appreciative.

Thanks

Gotta remove the starter bracket! Its simple 3 bolts and two screws.I dont disconnect the wires,Just move it aside and the carb nut will be easy

dew is right but do disconnect the positive battery terminal so if the starter connection hits a ground you don't have sparks and possibly short out your amplifier.
