I was out on the water this weekend and my boat was running fine, until i was coming back to dock. I couldnt control the throttle forward, neutral ,reverse, the boat just kept going (slow), so i got back to the dock remove the top of the motor and saw the the bolt (pictured with the green arrow) came completely off, so i screwed it back in and the throttle works fine going forward, but it only goes a quarter way down in reverse..i tryed ajusting the screw but it didnt help. I also noticed that the( ???)(pictured with the hand) keep moving right to left , the red arrows show the way its moving...any ideas on this???? the model is a 1993 johnson vj115tlets
