Can somebody tell me about shorepower how to setup

I am within days of having my boat in my slip. I have shore power but I am really dumb on setting it up. The pedestal has plug where u push in a twist.
My on board charger has the plug that you use at home. So what type of adapter do I need.

I have yet to find much info online about shorepower

If you have shore power on the boat there must be some AC outlets on the boat as well. Plug the charger into one of those. It will charge batteries as long as you are connected to shore power. Consider shore power an extension cord for 120 VAC power to your boat.
