can someone PLEASE help ID this lenco system? 04 chapparal sig 260

Been trying to find a match for this lenco system on a customers boat-

I havent been able to get a pic of the controller but would I need the whole kit or get by to just replace the external hardware? Im contemplating having a duplicate plate made of marine SS for the port side and replacing the rams-

lenco only hast two lengths of actuators - 4" and 8" with and without feedback. so the actuator is easy

Boy is that a mess.

The whole system should be replaced in its entirety. Cheaper than piecing things back together.

Tabs where most likely stainless to begin with.

I’ll keep the virtues of mixing water and electric motors to myself...lol

I would start by cleaning the barnacles off the tabs. use toilet bowl cleaner with acid, (or a mix of muriatic acid and water)

I will - issue is the entire port side is missing - I havent torn into it yet - I havent found a matching lenco plate that has the same shape - thats the issue im having..

good to know on the lenco actuators - this is a 8" then - and powered. I will try find a supplier near me as ive been calling around for over a week and keep missing everyone. season has gone off like a rocket -

i think ill just match the width and length and pop a new kit in- dont see too much of a difference with those small vert sides - probably just reduces side splash if anything..

Supposedly increases lift but doubt you'd notice the diffrence
