can someone please help me figure out what model starcraft i have

I have a 16 foot ........? Starcraft with a 120 hp io motor and pre alfa out dive i think. I would llike all the info i could get on it. I will post pics tomarow. The guy i bought it from thinks its a v 160

Welcome to iboats!! What are the first 2 digits of the serial number? That often is the year. Also like CBK said, hull material is very helpful to know.

Hmmmm..Gotta say we arent as up to speed on the glassers as we are on tin boats.
Did you look through the Starcrft brochures thread?
Maybe an American? I dont know

Well i wasnot able to post pics today. I did buy the boat off cg and i just so happen to find a pic of it on here. The previous owner is also a member of i boatd. Come to find out. He told me when i bought the boat it had some carb issues and fual pump problems. So i got it cheap. But man did he lie his *** off. But luckly fpr me i have a boat mech that works for beer! Long story short the motor was shot. I thought. It was spewing water from back of block. Ow no cracked block. So i took it to my buddys house he pulled motor and ...... blown freeze plug. He checked block and it was fine. Althouh the manafold was crack so he has one laying around and fixed that to. Total cost to fix 5.99 ! But i cant believe people are so scandelus .... its ok tho i learned my lesson on trusting people!

Ok sorry it took so long to reply. Google( 1970 fiberglass starcraft. What is she?) And it pops up his post name is horsecapades. I hope that helps. And its a white boat with blue stripes.

Phillip, as I said in the original thread, Looks like either a v160 or v160 modified.
