Yes it will fit, that is one of the mercury part number for that 20 HP engine from 1979.

Part number "86962A4" PROPELLER ASSY (3 BLD-ALUM.-9" PITCH) UNITED STATES serial number 5183393 AND UP AUSTRALIA serial number 8057145 AND UP, BELGIUM 9214456 AND UP, CANADA 7124213 AND UP.

FYI, That prop new goes for MSRP: $133.38
