I plan on buying a Sun Tracker 21 fishin barge with 60 bf motor. My ? is I want to install a Minn Koda EM so I can unload, troll and reload boat. I fish a lot on no motor lakes and really do not want to use a bow mount. According to MK they say not to install EM on pontoon because when using the motor it will not plane and cause drag. Would their be a way to rig EM to be removed when using boat motor then reinstall again. Any ideas, I was thinking I could use some type of plug in system at control unit.

Sure it can be done. I would talk to a fabricating shop and have them make you a bracket for it. I had a MK on our toon on the front for years and it worked very well, no reason it won't work on the back.
