seems to have water/gas mix coming out and is a very small amount
btw this is on the powerhead crank case

I'm sure it can be fixed..... but at what cost. I've sealed cracks in cylinder head water jackets in regular automotive engines with epoxy ( J B Weld ) and gotten many years of use. To have it welded, it may be kind of pricey if you include your time to pull the power head off. I would try the epoxy route first. Clean all the paint off from around the crack and roughen the surface up a bit so the epoxy has something to stick to. Clean the area with some carb cleaner. As long as the crack is not is an area that is under a lot of stress, you should be OK.
