Can you convert non-VRO to VRO?

Can you convert a Non VRO engine to a VRO. If you changed over the carbs and VRO stuff would the engine be able to tell? Or have I had too much Christmas punch already?<br /><br />Dave

Don't do it. Also we currently do not have a use power trim.
