Does NOT appear to have power trim and tilt.

As stated, it does not. If it did it would have a hydraulic ram on each side of the motor, attached to a plate connecting to the swivel bracket. It would also have a pump mounted on the starboard side of the bracket. It appears to be a '77 model. Had one just like it at one time.
