Cant access chatroom

I have tried getting into the chat room and I keep getting an error telling me to update the Microsoft VM.. I go the site where it says to go and all that is there is artical describing what micrsoft is doing to the VM.... anybody else have this problem and what is the darn fix...help please

Fishhunter I had the exact same problem. all you have to do is go to controll panel and disable the java plug in and you will be in. Let me guess you are running XP.

ok I disabled it and now I am getting an "exception:java.lang.nullpointerexception"<br /><br />eeekkkkk drivin me nuts

wooohoooo figured it out... in my internet options the VM option was turned off... thanks to all for your help

Glad you got hooked up....lookn forward to see ya on chat...Wed. and Fri. some of us come on at 3pm.ifn you want to chat on other times just shoot an email on chat site...
