Need some help. My son's buddy has an old Johnson Seahorse outboard. I am trying to diagnose an issue it is having, but I can't find any information on this motor. The Model is HJ14RSH the SN# is H 8403339. I have looked on a bunch of websites, but can not find this model number anywhere. I know it was manufactured in Hong Kong, and believe this is what the 'H' may stand for in both the model and serial number. It is a 2 cylinder and I am guessing it is between 9 and 10 HP. The spark plugs in it are these strange NGKs with no ground electrode. I am not sure if these are the correct plugs and whether they are part of the issue causing it to run poorly.
