Cant find a repair part

I am in need of a new filler cap that has the measuring stick on it for a trim and tilt unit. The unit I have is SAE J1171. I have a Mariner 150 with serial numbers#: 5600464.

I have been unable to find it anywhere. IF anyone knows of a place I can find one it would sure be appreciated if you can tell me.
