Can't find elbow drain - Mercruiser

I'm new to this board and to boating. I've looked thru the old post but coun't find my answer. I have a '68 Mercruiser w/ 120hp GM in-line engine. My manual (Seloc) says I should have 3 drains, I can only find 2 (manifold and block). The only thing I see on the exhuast elbow is a large screw that requires a 1/2" ratchet. Am I missing something? How do I drain any water in the elbow? Thanks for any advice - you folks are great.

Kach,<br />I think if you drain exhaust manifold and block it will do the job. <br />I did not drain elbow on mine. You drain manifold and water from the exhaust elbow will be drained as well.

Kach,some replacement parts dont have the same drains that the originals do.Charlie
