Can't find exhaust manifold

Hi. Ive tried finding a replacement exhaust manifold (the old one was 20 yrs old) for my 1991 4cyl omc cobra SN#302BMRPWR. This is not the HO version. The PN for the manifold is 986984 according to OMC/BRP. All websites, except 2 i have found, say the part is obsolete. I have already ordered two from those websites but they both didnt fit. They keep sending volvo PN 3858850 and it says HO next to the number. They bolt on but the ports dont match up. Does anyone have a cross reference number or have an idea where to get one? Thanks in advance. I really want to go boating!

Yes I just did and they do not have it. The only one they have has a front detachable metal plate for the water inlet which does not match mine. Also the carb setup is wrong.

Welcome to the wonderfull world of OMC, aka Obsolete Marine Corp. As you may or may not know, they went out of buisness around 12 years ago. Volvo and OMC went into a joint venture in 1994, but it didn't cover anything back in 91. Then in 98 OMC closed it's doors.

Not sure which ports you are referring to, buy you may need a new exhaust riser to fit the manifold, hopefully it will match up with your exhaust tube that connects to the transom shield.
