Can't find Kill Switch...

Howdy fellas, I just got a Celebrity 1983 closed bow boat that needs a little work. Anyhow, I had to replace the ignition because the guy I got it from lost the keys, and I put in a new battery. When I turn the key, I get nothing, no clicking or anything. However, all the accessories have power, so I think I have the wiring right. Then I thought, maybe there is a kill switch somewhere. Does anyone know if there is a kill switch, and if so where it is on the boat??? Thanks!

I have a 19" Celebrity. I does have a kill switch. There is a rubber boot that fits over the switch which is located on the right side of the steering wheel towards the bottom of the panel. All the rubber cup shaped piece does, is push in a little plastic rod in the center. If you push it in with your finger and turn the key, it should start up.
My problem is I want a second one and cant find another kill switch rubber cover like the one I just described. Let me know how you make out, and if you find one let me know. I am still hunting for one too.

18 footer. Mine is bottom center of the panel and has a horseshoe divider that keeps the button pushed out. A string is attached to the horseshoe divider. So the button has to be kept out for it to start
