I bought a Johnson that is supposed to be a '74/25 hp. I'm trying to order a manual from Ken Cook but they need a model number. The numbers on the plate riveted to the side of the transom bracket are NSN 2805-01-118-1275, CONTR. N61331-84-D-0047, SER. E6261049. The silver welch plug in the power head has the number AM 35B-1, with the serial number below, E6261049. I couldn't find any models listed at Ken Cook's website with the number AM 35B-1. Is there some place else I should be looking?

Hi KDC<br /> I believe your model# AM35B-1 is a military model #. We had a post the other day by Craig Passeo member #18011 reguarding this. Bear came up with a partcial list (thanks Bear). I am finding this interesting as I didn't realize this existed. Craigs post was titled Evinrude 40 horse power year. Maybe Bear or someone else will come up with some more info.
