Can't find the year of my merc, can you help?

I've been searching the web looking for cross reference to the year of the following:
4HP Merc Outboard serial # 9295123 made in Belgium.
Can anybody help me determine the year. It is a 2 cylinder model if this helps at all. Straight trans, no gears or neutral.
