I have a 98 Rinker 182 and when i push in the butten and pull out on the throttle lever, it will not go into neutral. This is with the boat off. Also something is wrong with the trim control, using the trim button on the throttle control, I can trim the boat down but when pushing the button to trim up nothing happens, the "trailer" trim button works
