Can't throttle up in neutral

Hello,

I successfully replaced my impeller but since then can not throttle up in neutral. When I push the button in and move the throttle forward it always stays in forward. Did I cause this when I reassembled after impeller replacement?

Your shift linkage probably needs to be adjusted correctly.
