I just bought my first boat and with the excitement of everything I overlooked a few things.

I can't find a capacity plate on it anywhere.

Can anyone help me narrow down where to look.

What are the consequences if I don't have a capacity plate, btw I am in Canada. If it doesn't have one, can I get another? Springbok no longer makes boats as far as I know.

Currently it has an '89 150HP Evinrude V6 VRO. I imagine that would be at the top end of what it would be rated for.

Thanks.

Springbok became PrinceCraft they still build boat out of Canada. You may try them you have a 1991 its not that old. I have 1991 Princecraft Springbok 19.6 I just got and they have helped me.
