Capacity plate ?

My friend has a 91 Checkmate pulse 186. There is no capacity plate or decal anywhere on the boat. It is required up here in MA. Is there a way to order or buy this sticker? Anyone ever have to do this? I'll check Checkmate on Google also. Thanks in advance. ZR
